A quick walking and shoulder toning workout for busy days

Welcome to this Express Japanese Walk & Shoulder Sculpt workout — a shorter version of the popular Japanese walking sessions designed for days when time is limited but you still want an effective full body workout.

We begin with a gentle warm-up before moving into six structured intervals combining walking and shoulder toning.

During the faster walking intervals, you have the option to hold light hand weights to gently increase intensity. During the moderate-paced intervals, we add targeted shoulder exercises, with alternatives shown for anyone wanting to avoid overhead movements.

Everything is performed standing with no jumping, making this a simple and accessible home workout.
