A fun and energising 35 minute Japanese Walk & Sculpt workout set to Rock n Roll music, combining structured walking intervals with light weights for gentle strength work and ab toning. This all-standing, low-impact session is perfect for boosting steps, increasing intensity, and enjoying movement to great music.

Tuesday

50 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout

9.00am BST

A fun and energetic 50 minute Cardio Kickboxing workout combining punch and kick combinations with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and your body moving. This all-standing session includes low and high impact options throughout and finishes with two challenging 4-minute journeys to build stamina and confidence.

Wednesday

40 Min No Squat No Lunge Lower Body Workout

9.00am BST

A supportive 40 minute lower body workout with no squats and no lunges, performed entirely standing using dumbbells. This knee-friendly strength session uses a triset format to help build strength, stability, and confidence while staying low impact and accessible.

Thursday

10 Minute Bicep Tone — Light Weights

A quick and effective 10 minute bicep tone workout using light weights to help strengthen and shape your arms. This all-standing session is simple, focused, and finishes with a fun 60-second hold challenge to test your strength and endurance.
