Burn fat and boost your energy with this high-intensity, fun-filled session 🧡

 

**THIS WORKOUT HAS NO WARM UP** Please ensure you have performed an appropriate warm up before beginning your training. 

Tuesday

25 Minutes - FULL BODY - STRENGTH & CARDIO INTERVALS  ⭐️

7.30am BST 

This workout is designed to challenge your entire body, alternating between powerful strength moves and heart-pumping cardio exercises to maximise calorie burn and build muscle at the same time. 🔥💪🏃‍♀️

We alternate between one strength interval and one cardio interval, this blend of training styles helps you get stronger, fitter, and leaner, all in one session ❤️

**THIS WORKOUT HAS NO WARM UP** Please ensure you have performed an appropriate warm up before beginning your training. 

Wednesday

 30 Minute 

 Dumbbell ARM Workout #4!💥

7.00pm BST

 It's all about arms with this 30-minute dumbbell arm workout! 💥

In this workout, we tackle five long rounds split into intervals with no breaks: 2 exercises for 1 minute 2 exercises for 30 seconds 2 exercises for 15 seconds

 

Throughout each round, we alternate between heavy and light weights and switch between compound and isolation exercises, giving you a powerful mix of strength, endurance, and definition. 🧡

Thursday

40 Minute - Combat HIIT 💪🏋️‍♀️ 💪🏋️‍♀️

7.30am BST 

40 minutes of punching, knees and kicks to raise your heartrate,  burn some serious energy, lift your mood and help to relieve any stress!! 

 

Filmed live on ZOOM this high energy workout will leave you feeling PUMPED! 

Working in intervals of 45 seconds of work 15 of rest x 20 with a TABATA finisher to seal the deal!
