40 MIN Japanese 3×3 Walk & Upper Body Sculpt + Standing Stomach Vacuum Finisher

This powerful walking workout  alternates between fast walking and moderate walking with upper body sculpting exercises targeting the back, chest, core, biceps, and triceps. You also have the option to hold your weights during the fast intervals for an extra challenge.

The session finishes with a 5-minute all-standing stomach vacuum, where the technique is explained and guided step by step.

25 MIN Fat Burn & Tone FULL BODY 🔥 No Jumping | All Standing | No Repeat Workout​
