This all-standing abs and cardio workout combines core training with low-impact cardio intervals to help boost your heart rate, strengthen your midsection and burn calories. No jumping, no floor work and suitable for exercising at home.

Welcome to Workout 2 of the 7-Day Standing Core Sculpt Challenge.

Today's workout focuses on strengthening your core and lower body with a series of standing exercises designed to challenge your abs, thighs and glutes. No jumping, no floor work and suitable for all fitness levels.

Using light dumbbells, this standing workout combines core training with upper-body toning exercises to strengthen your abs, arms and shoulders. A fun and effective low-impact workout with no jumping and no floor work required.
