I'm Jamie Mckagan

Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Pilates Teacher and YouTube creator.
I help women feel stronger, move better, and build confidence through simple, effective home workouts that fit real life.

With a background in personal training, mat Pilates (Level 4), multiple massage therapies, and holistic wellness, my approach blends strength, mobility, and mindset. I believe movement should feel good — and that fitness is for every age, every body, and every ability.
