A structured low impact walking workout combining cardio intervals with full body toning
Ready to walk, tone and feel stronger from head to toe?
This 30-minute Japanese 3×3 Walk & Tone workout combines the powerful interval structure you love with targeted full-body toning to keep things interesting, effective and fun.
We begin with a gentle warm-up before moving into 10 structured intervals, alternating between fast walking and moderate-paced toning sections. Each moderate interval focuses on a different area of the body — legs, arms and core — before bringing everything together for a full-body finish.
To keep things fresh and engaging, the middle minute of each fast interval includes a simple movement to prepare the muscles for the toning work ahead.
It’s structured, varied and incredibly satisfying.
