This 30-minute Japanese 3×3 Walk & Sculpt combines the powerful interval structure you love with light weights to help tone your arms, shoulders and core — all while keeping the steps flowing.

We follow the classic 3×3 Japanese walking method, alternating between faster walking intervals to raise your heart rate and moderate intervals where we sculpt and strengthen.

It’s energising, effective and completely low impact.
