A fun 35 minute Japanese walk & sculpt workout that combines steps, strength and core engagement

Welcome to this 35-minute Japanese Walk & Sculpt workout set to Rock n Roll music — an energising session that blends structured walking intervals with light weight exercises to help build strength, boost stamina and keep you moving from start to finish.

This workout follows the familiar Japanese 3Ă—3 interval format, alternating between faster walking intervals and moderate-paced sections. During the moderate intervals, we add light weights to introduce gentle strength work and targeted ab toning.

You also have the option to hold your weights during the faster walking sections if you'd like to increase intensity and challenge yourself a little more.

Everything is performed standing, with no jumping, making this workout achievable, enjoyable and effective for home exercise.
