This 25-minute all-standing abs workout uses light dumbbells and slow, controlled movement to strengthen your core, tone your waist, and build deep abdominal strength — all without getting down on the mat.

Inspired by Pilates-style training, this session focuses on posture, balance, and control rather than speed or intensity, making it a joint-friendly and highly effective way to train your core.
