Get ready for a fun and energising Express Japanese Walk & Sculpt workout combining structured walking intervals with low impact sculpting sections and upbeat reggaeton-inspired music.
This workout follows the popular Japanese walking format, alternating between fast walking intervals and moderate-paced sculpt sections to help raise the heart rate, build strength and boost daily movement.
During the moderate intervals we add optional light weights and targeted toning exercises focusing on the legs, shoulders, abs and arms — all while staying completely low impact and all standing.
The reggaeton beats keep the energy high and make this workout feel fun, motivating and easy to come back to again and again.
