Indoor Walking • Mobility Flow • Active Recovery

This Japanese 3×3 Walking Workout is a beautifully balanced session designed to boost stamina, increase steps, and leave you feeling looser, lighter, and more mobile.

Following the traditional Japanese 3×3 method, you’ll alternate between fast walking and moderate walking — but with a twist. During the moderate intervals, we layer in gentle, flowing mobility-style movements, keeping the body moving while encouraging better range of motion.

This workout feels as good as it is effective. 🌿
