Designed to sculpt every major muscle group, it uses interval‑style strength training to keep your heart rate up while maximising fat burn. Grab your dumbbells and get ready!
Workout Breakdown
What you’ll need: a pair of dumbbells — that’s it.
Structure: This workout is divided into three circuits. You’ll do each circuit twice before moving on to the next one. Work each move for 45 seconds, then rest for 15.
