A confidence-building walking workout designed to boost your steps and energy
Welcome to this 20 minute Power Walk workout designed to help you build confidence, increase your step count and get your body moving with strong, purposeful movement.
Throughout the session, we perform 20 different stepping movements, each lasting one minute. Expect energising movements including high knee marches, punching combinations, side stepping and full body coordination patterns.
This workout is low impact, all standing and completely no repeat, making it perfect for building consistency and staying active without placing stress on the joints.
You’ll complete approximately 2,000 steps by the end of the session.
