Strengthen and sculpt your lower body with this all-standing, equipment-free leg & glute workout — perfect if you want toned glutes, strong legs, and a great burn without getting on the floor. 🍑🔥


We move through 12 exercises, each 30 seconds on / 15 seconds rest, targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings and hips from every angle:


• Standing leg lifts

• Pulse squats

• Back kicks

• Side-squats

• Curtsy variations

• Slow controlled burners


This session is:

✔️ All standing glutes and legs

✔️ No equipment

✔️ Beginner-friendly

✔️ Apartment-friendly

✔️ Low impact but spicy!
