We move through 12 exercises, each 30 seconds on / 15 seconds rest, targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings and hips from every angle:
• Standing leg lifts
• Pulse squats
• Back kicks
• Side-squats
• Curtsy variations
• Slow controlled burners
This session is:

✔️ No equipment
