Got 10 Minutes? Let's Make Them Count! 🔥
Sometimes you don't need a long workout.
You just need to get moving!
Today's 10 Minute No Jumping Cardio Workout is short, energetic and designed to get your whole body working.
We've got 10 different exercises, each lasting one minute.
Once we start, we're going to keep moving!
And although everything is LOW IMPACT and NO JUMPING, don't mistake that for an easy workout.
We'll use big, purposeful full-body movements to raise the heart rate and challenge your cardiovascular fitness.
No equipment.
No floor exercises.
Just ten minutes of cardio!]

❤️ Why Add Cardio to Your Week?
Cardiovascular exercise isn't only about burning calories.
Regular aerobic activity plays an important role in maintaining heart and lung fitness.
It can also help support:
Cardiovascular health
Aerobic endurance
Stamina
Daily energy expenditure
Mood and general wellbeing
Sleep quality
Overall physical fitness
And you don't need every cardio session to be an hour long.
Shorter workouts can make a useful contribution towards your weekly activity.
Low Impact Doesn't Mean Low Effort
This is something I say regularly in my workouts.
You don't have to jump to get your heart rate up.
Larger arm movements, purposeful stepping and changes in pace can all increase the cardiovascular demand.
Want to make today's workout more challenging?
Make the movements bigger
Increase your pace where comfortable
Use your arms more energetically
Maintain purposeful movement
Need to bring the intensity down?
Reduce your range, slow your pace or take a short recovery.
You are always in control.
Why 10-Minute Workouts Are Worth Doing
I think it's easy to dismiss a short workout because it doesn't feel long enough.
But ten minutes of physical activity is still valuable.
And if short workouts help you move more consistently, they can become a really useful part of your routine.
Perhaps you don't have time for a longer workout today.
Perhaps you've already completed a strength session and want a quick cardio finisher.
Or perhaps you simply want to get moving during a busy afternoon.
That's exactly where a workout like this comes in.
🔥 Use It as a Cardio Finisher
One of my favourite ways to use ten-minute workouts is to stack them onto other sessions.
For example, you could add this workout after:
A full-body dumbbell workout
A shorter strength session
A mobility workout
A walking workout
That gives you an opportunity to add a little extra cardiovascular work without needing to plan an entirely separate session.
Of course, if you've already worked hard and feel ready to finish, that's absolutely fine too.
Ten minutes is an option, not an obligation!
❤️ Who Is This Workout For?
This workout is a great choice if you're looking for:
A 10-minute cardio workout
No-jumping exercise
Fast-paced low-impact cardio
An all-standing workout
Equipment-free exercise
A quick home workout
A cardio finisher
Fitness for women over 50
Short workouts for busy days
How Hard Should You Work?
Although today's workout is short, you don't need to work at maximum intensity from the very first second.
Start at a pace that feels appropriate and allow yourself to settle into the movements.
Increase your effort as you feel ready.
And remember, fast-paced is relative to your own fitness.
You don't need to match my exact speed to benefit from the workout.
