This light weight full body workout combines cardio-style movement with strength training in a simple and effective superset format. It’s designed to help you burn calories, improve muscle tone and build endurance — all while staying low impact and joint-friendly.
We move through 6 supersets, performing each pair of exercises twice before moving on to the next. The first move in each superset focuses on raising the heart rate, while the second move focuses on muscle tone — and we keep the weights in our hands throughout for extra intensity.
