Welcome to this 30 minute Full Body Tone workout using light dumbbells — an all standing strength session designed to sculpt, strengthen and energise the entire body without any jumping.

This workout is built around controlled movements and muscular endurance, helping you feel stronger from head to toe while keeping everything low impact and joint-friendly.

Throughout the session we’ll work through 10 focused rounds targeting different muscle groups including shoulders, glutes, back, biceps, legs, chest, triceps and abs — before finishing with two full body rounds to bring everything together.
