Welcome to this 50-minute Cardio Kickboxing workout — a lively, full body session designed to raise your heart rate, improve coordination and help you feel strong and energised.

This workout combines kickboxing combinations with cardio bursts to keep things interesting from start to finish. Each round includes a boxing sequence followed by a cardio movement, helping build endurance while keeping the session engaging and enjoyable.

We finish with two short 4-minute journeys, adding variety and challenge while helping you finish the workout feeling accomplished.

Low and high impact options are provided throughout, so you can work at the pace that suits your body.
