This 40-minute LBT (Legs, Bums, Tums) session is divided into 3 focused blocks: legs, booty, and core.

Using resistance bands and dumbbells, you’ll sculpt and strengthen your lower body and abs with a variety of dynamic moves. It’s the ultimate lower-body blast for tone and definition!
