This 30-minute Back Fat Blaster targets the entire upper back, shoulders, and arms using light dumbbells and interval-style training. Each exercise is performed for 1 minute, with the final 15 seconds dedicated to pulse finishers for an extra burn! We’ll repeat 5 effective exercises for 3 rounds, complete with a short warm-up and cool down. This session helps you tone, strengthen, and define the upper body while improving posture and muscle endurance — all from home.
