This workout focuses on building lower body strength and endurance through fast-paced intervals that will challenge your legs, glutes, and core. Get ready for a serious burn! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ


Hereโ€™s how it works: Weโ€™ll be working through 20-20-20 intervals, with each round consisting of three 20-second work periods back-to-back, followed by a 20-second rest. Itโ€™s LOW IMPACT but fast-paced, ensuring you get a great lower body blast while also getting your heart rate up!
