This 40 Minute No Jumping Cardio Workout combines simple yet effective cardio exercises into a fun interval-based format designed to elevate your heart rate while remaining completely low impact. It's proof that you don't need burpees, jumping jacks or explosive movements to get a fantastic workout.


The session contains 30 exercises performed for 40 seconds each, followed by 20 seconds recovery. This structure allows you to work hard during each interval while having enough time to recover and prepare for the next move.
