This 1-to-1 Mat Pilates session is designed for those recovering from injuries or managing ongoing musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you’re rehabbing post-surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking to move in a way that supports your body, this session will focus on safe, effective exercises that work with your limitations—not against them. What We’ll Focus On: 🔹 Gentle Strength & Stability – We target the deep stabilizing muscles to support joints, reduce strain, and improve overall strength without excessive impact. 🔹 Modifications for Your Needs – Every exercise is adapted for your condition, ensuring movement is safe, comfortable, and effective. 🔹 Mobility & Flexibility – We gently restore movement in hips, shoulders, spine, and other affected areas to improve function and reduce stiffness. 🔹 Postural Support – Many orthopaedic issues stem from or contribute to poor posture. We work on alignment and core control to help reduce strain and discomfort. 🔹 Pain Management & Movement Confidence – Learning how to move without fear of injury is key. This session empowers you to move with confidence, knowing that your body is supported. Who Is This For? ✅ Post-Surgery Rehabilitation – Recovering from a hip, knee, or shoulder replacement? We focus on gradual strengthening and mobility work. ✅ Joint & Spinal Conditions – Pilates can relieve tension and improve function for conditions like arthritis, scoliosis, or herniated discs. ✅ Chronic Pain & Stiffness – Whether it's from old injuries, repetitive strain, or postural imbalances, we help restore ease of movement. ✅ Osteoporosis & Bone Health – We use weight-bearing, joint-friendly movements to help maintain bone density and strength. This specialised Pilates session is about helping your body work for you, not against you. Whether we’re working on recovery or long-term management, we focus on what’s possible—not what’s limiting you.
