This 1-hour, 1-to-1 Mat Pilates session is specifically designed for men, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mobility using bodyweight exercises. Whether you're looking to increase range of motion, improve posture, support injury prevention, or enhance sports performance, this session targets the areas men need most. What We’ll Focus On: 🔥 Hip & Hamstring Mobility – Release tightness and increase flexibility for better movement and injury prevention. 💪 Core & Back Strength – Strengthen deep stabilizing muscles to support the spine, improve posture, and reduce lower back pain. 🏋️ Shoulder & Upper Body Mobility – Improve range of motion in the shoulders to prevent tension and stiffness, especially for lifters and desk workers. 🧘 Full-Body Control & Stability – Use Pilates-based movements to build strength and endurance in a way that complements other training styles.
