With over 16 years of martial arts experience and as a certified Boxercise Instructor, I’ve coached self-defense courses for women and children, making this session not just about fitness—but empowerment, too! What to Expect: 🥊 Pad work – Punch, kick, knee, and elbow for explosive power and endurance. 🔥 High-intensity drills – Fast-paced rounds that burn fat and improve cardio. 💪 Strength & core conditioning – Tailored to you, whether you want pure boxing cardio or an extra strength finish. 🛡️ Self-defense techniques – Learn real-world skills that build confidence and awareness. Who’s It For? Beginners to experienced fighters – I tailor intensity to suit your level. Those who want a fun, stress-busting workout – Hit pads, not people! Anyone looking to improve fitness, agility, and core strength.
