Our quality of life is directly affected by how well we move.  It impacts our everyday living, our performance in exercise and sport and has a direct correlation with longevity.

If you are feeling stiff, restricted, suffering from low level generalised lower back pain, plateauing in your workouts or just looking to maintain or increase your mobility then this fully personalised plan is for you.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHO IS THIS FOR

Men or Women looking to increase their mobility and flexibility to assist with everyday movement, exercise and sports, longevity, low level generalised pain and all round stiffness.

Complete beginners to movement welcomed.

Suitable for people with joint replacements if clearance for exercise and full movement has been given, this can be an excellent program to regain any lost range in the joint and help re-balance and stabilise the body again.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

* Free consultation, muscle & joint testing and goal setting session

* 4 x face to face sessions (in person, Chelmsford or online) 

* 1 x weekly check ins

* Access to my App for your home workouts 

* Nutritional advice (optional - swipe for more)

* Coaching tips on mindset, goal achievement and breaking down barriers

WHAT YOU NEED

Your plan will include 'exercise' outside of your sessions with me. 

You will need a mat (or similar) to use at home and a long length resistance band is highly recommended. 

Advice on where to buy your band/s and what strength they should be will be given in your consultation. 

Other useful but non essential kit are yoga blocks and spiky massage balls.

NUTRITION

Included in your program is a nutrition package which provides you with recipe's (gluten free, vegan and vegetarian available) that take you through the 4 week plan.  All recipe's are designed to support your fitness journey and are packed with nutritionally dense food, high in protein and easy to prepare.  Fuelling your body with the right food is essential for any fitness related goal and mobility is no exception.

Please note that this program is available without the nutrition package.

Payable post consultation but before the commencement of our 4 week block.

Please note that once a booking is made and your slots have been allocated they cannot be deferred past your four weeks.  I will make every effort to find you another day and time should you be unable to attend your usual slot but this is not guaranteed.  Please help support small businesses by adhering to the above.
