This fully personalised four week program will take you on a dynamic and transformative fitness journey that is suitable for all levels.


We fuse high intensity interval training with boxing-inspired movements to increase your fitness and strength quickly and effectively.  Coupled with a nutrition plan to fuel your body and mind you’ll also feel more confident, assured and balanced as you move through the program.


Lastly the powerful stress release provided by exercise in general is often heightened through Boxercise and provides a healthy outlet for people with busy lives and external stressors.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHO IS THIS FOR

Men or Women looking to start or re-start their fitness journey with a focus on weight loss/shape change & body recomposition who enjoy high energy workouts.

Complete beginners welcome as all punching techniques are taught.

If you are struggling with your energy, weight, motivation for exercise or just looking for something a little different then this plan is for you.

* 6 x face to face sessions (in person, Chelmsford or online)

NUTRITION

Included in your program is a nutrition package which provides you with recipe's (gluten free, vegan and vegetarian available)  to support your fitness journey and are packed with nutritionally dense food, high in protein and easy to prepare.  Getting control of your eating habits is key to any kind of weight loss, shape change and body recomposition and my recipe's, coaching and guidance will help you do just that!

WHAT YOU NEED

Your program will include workouts outside of your sessions with me and these workouts will either be follow along style HIIT training or will utilise a punch bag if one is available to you.   Your paln will also include an element of strength work and with the Boxercise plan this can be bodyweight or using dumbbells and bands if you have these in your workout space.

£299 Subsequent Blocks

Payable post consultation but before the commencement of our 6 week block.

Please note that once a booking is made and your slots have been allocated to you they cannot be deferred past your six weeks.  If necessary I will make every effort to find you another day and time should you be unable to attend your usual slot but this is not guaranteed.  Please help support small businesses by adhering to the above.
